HOST
WHERE AND WHEN DOES THE CONGRESS TAKE PLACE?
The World Congress of Biodanza will be held from 13 to 16 June 2024 at Bella Italia Village Lignano Sabbiadoro - Viale Centrale, 29 33054 (Ud). The Village is a large holiday resort that features sports facilities and is just a few steps away from a pine forest and the beach.
WHAT KIND OF ACCOMMODATION IS AVAILABLE?
Bella Italia is both spacious and cozy, and located within a large natural park. It was designed to accommodate large social and sporting groups. In fact, there is no other complex in Italy that can accommodate such a large number of people. There is no other facility in Italy that can accommodate us in such large numbers.
WHY IS IT NECESSARY TO MAKE RESERVATIONS IN MULTIPLE ROOMS?
Bella Italia Village has a very limited number of single or double rooms, which will be assigned to people with special health and/or mobility issues. In the spirit of sharing and human encounter, we invite all members to arrange to occupy triple, quadruple and multiple rooms. The accommodations chosen must be indicated on the registration form, along with the name of the, or persons, with whom you wish to share a room.
CAN I BOOK ADDITIONAL NIGHTS?
Yes. For those who wish, it is possible to book additional nights before and/or after the Congress dates at the same discounted rates.
IS VEGAN, VEGETARIAN OR CELIAC DIET PLANNED?
Meals will be served in the relevant hotels where you are staying, will include ½ liter of water per meal per person (other beverages excluded), and you will be able to choose between an omnivore, vegan, vegetarian and/or gluten-free diet during registration.
WHAT ARE THE FULL BOARD PRICES?
Rates per person per night full board (dinner, overnight stay, breakfast and lunch): Multiple room (5+) 48 euros per night per person Quadruple room 53 euros per night per person Triple room 58 euros per night per person
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION FEE?
- 25% cancellation fee if cancellation is by 12/31/2023 - 50% cancellation fee if cancellation is by 3/31/2024 - 100% cancellation fee if cancellation is after 3/31/2024 (in this case, there is an option for the guest to surrender their reservation to a third party). In case of cancellation, a 4% agency fee will be charged in addition to the above penalties.
HOW AND WHEN SHOULD ROOMS BE WELDED?
Rooms must be paid for within 60 days of registration for the Congress. This is the procedure: 1. Reserve your room via the Form on the dedicated page 2. Wait for confirmation of the availability of the requested accommodation from the Congress reception desk. 3. Make payment according to the method that will be provided to you by the front desk

ARE THERE OTHER POSSIBLE ACCOMMODATIONS?
At the moment, all rooms in the village are sold out, but we have arranged special rates for excellent accommodation in the immediate vicinity that allows us to take meals (lunch and dinner) at Bella Italia Village The accommodation chosen must be indicated on the registration form, together with the names of the people with whom you wish to share the room.
IF I STAY OUTSIDE HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN THE CONGRESS?
Admission is free to all those who have registered via the web by the closing date for registration, scheduled for SATURDAY MAY 31, 2024. Those staying outside will also be provided with an ID bracelet.
CAN I EAT INSIDE IF I SLEEP OUTSIDE?
Yes, certainly. You will need to reserve your meal vouchers at the entrance of Bella Italia Village for €16 per meal, excluding drinks.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO GO TO THE BEACH?
No, the beach is open access.
HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO THE BEACH?
You must go through the Bella Italia Village reception where you will receive a badge to open the gate. You will have to pay a deposit, which will be returned to you at the end of the conference, of 10 euros if you stay inside or 20 euros if you stay outside Bellaitalia village. The badge you receive will be used to access the beach for the entire period of your stay.

HOW WILL THE CONGRESS TAKE PLACE?
The Congress will consist of 4 days, from Thursday, June 13, 2024 (reception already open from the morning) to Sunday, June 16, 2024. You will find all program information on the dedicated page on this website.
CAN ONE PARTICIPATE IN PARTIAL PERIODS?
At present, enrollment is planned only for the entire period. Enrollment for partial periods will be open starting June 1, 2024, only if there are vacancies remaining, a rather unlikely eventuality.
CAN I BRING MY BABY?
It certainly does. A children's area with qualified staff is provided for ages 12 and under. For insurance reasons, children must be associated with Biodanza Network IBFed/AICS.
HOW MUCH DOES THE CHILD'S STAY COST?
Children will enjoy the following conditions: From 0 to 3 years of age and under: free hotel + Congress From 3 to 10 years of age and under: 40% discount on hotel + The social contribution of participation for the entire period of the Congress, including membership card, insurance and use of children's area from 3 years of age and under until 12 years of age, amounting to 60 euros. Over 10 years old: hotel at full price according to room type. + The social contribution for participation for the entire period of the Congress, including membership card, insurance and use of children's area from 3 years of age up to 12 years of age, amounting to 60 euros.
IS THERE A CHILDREN'S AREA?
Yes. The children's area for ages 3 to 12 will be active during conference activity hours and will be animated by selected educators.
WHAT IF MY MINOR CHILD IS OVER 12 YEARS OLD?
Children aged 13 to 18 are admitted under the care of the family who will take responsibility for them; no entertainment is provided for this age group. The children's membership fee, including membership card and insurance, is €20 in addition to the cost of lodging at the full price according to room type.
CAN I STAY WITHOUT ATTENDING THE ACTIVITIES AND THUS NOT PAY THE CONGRESS FEE?
No. All those who stay within the organization and take advantage of the conventions and the Congress reception are considered active participants.
CAN PETS BE BROUGHT IN?
We are sorry, but animals are not allowed in this setting.
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE CONGRESS?
Registration to the Congress and booking of accommodation at Bella Italia can both be made by filling out the multilingual Registration Form available on the Congress website by clicking on this link. The Biodanza Network Association A.P.S. is the organizer of the Congress. To join the Congress, holding an AICS membership card is a prerequisite. The membership card will be provided by Rete Biodanza A.P.S. after completing the Congress registration process. AICS TRAVEL is the appointed travel agency responsible for handling accommodation reservations. Once you submit the registration form, you will receive the travel agency's contact details along with the IBAN for accommodation payment. You can register as long as places are available.
CONGRESS FEES
Through the multilingual Registration Form, you can register for the Congress according to the following payment scheme: 230 euros until 31 October 2023 260 euros from 1 November to 31 March 2024 290 euros from 1 April 2024 to the date of the Congress Special Price for Residents of Latin America 210 euros until 31 October 2023 230 euros 1 November to 31 March 2024 260 euros from 1 April 2024 to the date of the Congress All rates include the membership card, valued at 20 euros.
HOW DO I PROVE THAT I AM A RESIDENT OF LATIN AMERICA?
To prove you are from Latin America send copies of round-trip airline tickets, to and from your country, to the Secretary of Congress
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLING THE CONGRESS QUOTA?
Participation in the Congress is not refundable but transferable. On the site you will find a dedicated area to facilitate you in finding people interested in taking over your reservation.
